Looking for a Kaplan alternative?
Kaplan is a full bar review course that costs about $1,895 to $3,500+. The CaseBriefly Complete Bar Prep Pack costs $299.00 once and gives you the study materials for the whole UBE: MBE outlines and practice questions for all seven subjects, MEE rules and model answers, MPT practice tests, and study schedules.
The honest difference: Kaplan adds things we do not, like video lectures and live options. If you study well from written materials and practice questions, you can save the difference.

Choose CaseBriefly if
- You want the full set of UBE study materials without paying about $1,895 to $3,500+
- You learn best by reading outlines and doing practice questions
- You are retaking and want fresh practice without buying a second course
- You want materials you keep, with no access window
Where Kaplan is stronger
- Video lectures and live options
- Tutoring available (extra cost)
- Frequent promotions
Use both
Many bar takers pair a full course with extra practice, or a question bank with a set of outlines. If you already have Kaplan, a single MBE subject pack is a cheap way to drill your weakest subject from a different angle.
