§ 2-606. (1) Acceptance of goods occurs when the buyer: (a) signifies to the seller that the goods are acceptable; (b) fails to make an effective rejection; or (c) does any act inconsistent with the seller's ownership. (2) Acceptance of a part of any commercial unit is acceptance of that entire unit.
UCC § 2-606 defines how a buyer accepts goods under a sales contract. A buyer can accept goods by communicating acceptance, failing to reject them effectively, or taking actions that imply acceptance, such as using the goods.
