Unless otherwise agreed, a lessee is entitled to the use and possession of the leased goods for the term of the lease and is entitled to quiet enjoyment thereof, meaning free from interference from the lessor or those claiming through the lessor.
UCC § 2a-307 grants lessees the right to possess and use the leased goods throughout the lease term. This right includes the assurance that they will not be disturbed in their use by the lessor or anyone acting on the lessor's behalf.

Example 1
If a rental car company leases a vehicle to a customer, the customer has the right to use the car without interference from the company.
